Mental health issues are becoming increasingly de-stigmatised and available resources are popping up everywhere. We wanted to make these resources easily accessible to you by providing a list of different available services, whether its online or in person, there is someone who can help you.

Gloucestershire Self Harm Helpline provides a safe, supportive, non-judgmental and informative space for people who self harm, their friends, families and carers.
TIC+ provides cousnelling and other mental health services for those aged 9-21 and their families. With train proffessionals they offer online or in person services.
The Cotswolds Community Wellbeing Service is a free and confidential service which offers support to help improve your health and wellbeing.
​Anyone over the age of 16 living in the Cotswold area, or registered with a Cotswold GP, can access the Community Wellbeing Service (CWS).
Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide
